开放经济下的产业安全问题探析

本文认为,随着经济全球化进程的不断深化,开放经济、引进外资已经成为发展中国家促进本国经济发展的基本国策。但是如果不加限制地扩大外资的规模也会产生负面影响,即出现产业控制倾向,进而引发产业安全问题,这是事关国家经济安全的重大问题。对产业安全问题的研究,无论在现实经济运行还是在理论研究中,都具有非常重要的意义。随着国家经济结构的调整和产业升级的进程,产业安全的内涵和外延也将会有所拓展,金融安全、能源安全、网络安全、幼稚产业保护、经济结构、产业结构调整等都将成为产业安全研究所应关注的问题。     

区域旅游产业竞争力构成:基于竞争力性质的研究

随着区域旅游产业竞争的不断加强,关于区域旅游产业竞争力的构成研究也越来越多.研究取得不少成果,也存在很多问题.本文基于竞争力性质--显性或隐性、成长或非成长性、先天或后天获得性等,把区域旅游产业竞争力分解为潜在竞争力、外生和内生资源禀赋竞争力、市场竞争力.通过研究这几种构成的性质及变化规律,可以明确竞争力培育的重点与方向,制定有效的竞争策略,从而能够培育和提升区域旅游产业的竞争力.     

战略性贸易政策理论研究最新进展

本文首先介绍了战略贸易政策理论的基本模型扩展研究,其次主要就2000年以后国外学者对于该理论及其模型在产业竞争优势、公司所有权构成、产业集中度、战略联盟、委托竞争、产业整合等方面的研究成果进行综述,最后对战略贸易政策理论的最新发展做了简要评述。     

Persistent protection in an international exit game

This paper examines the strategic behavior of two countries in a duopoly exit game with declining demand in the export market. We consider whether countries have a strategic rational to maintain, rather than unilaterally or jointly reduce, their subsidies. Conditions under which persistent subsidization is justified from a national perspective are derived. By maintaining subsidies one country can gain a strategic advantage by forcing its rival to exit earlier. An outcome where only one country applies the subsidy is not attainable. Free trade is less likely to occur close to the end of the game.     

我国钢铁业产业内贸易的实证研究

文章从整体和分类两个层面上对我国钢产量居世界第一以来的钢铁业产业内贸易的水平和结构进行了实证研究。结果表明,我国钢铁业产业内贸易水平较低,贸易变动主要由产业间贸易引起;而且钢铁业的垂直型产业内贸易水平较低,产业内贸易以水平型产业内贸易为主。我国为此应该采取相关对策,促进钢铁业产业内贸易的发展。     

辽宁省加工贸易发展现状研究

加工贸易是推动辽宁省对外经济贸易持续、快速发展的主要动力。在十一五建设期间，如何利用加工贸易的转型升级来促进辽宁省产业结构的调整是一项十分重要的课题。本文对辽宁省加工贸易发展的现状及存在的问题进行了全面深入分析，并提出依托国内企业，沿着价值链上下游延伸，开展技术创新，发展自主知识产权和自我品牌，是辽宁省加工贸易的发展之路。     

Why parallel trade may raise producers' profits

This paper shows that a manufacturer may benefit from parallel trade. In addition to an intuitive condition about the effect of demand shocks, this occurs when competitive retailers must order inventories before they know the realization of demand and for products whose sale value drops at the end of the demand period. For these types of products, letting retailers trade unsold inventories generally results in larger orders placed with the manufacturer and higher manufacturer profit. The model provides a simple explanation as to why the volume of parallel trade is now very large and accepted by manufacturers for some products such as automobiles, clothes, toys, consumer electronics, musical recordings, cosmetics and perfumes.     

时空协同视角下的义乌中国小商品城演进历程分析

集贸式市场组织是一项极具“中国特色”的诱发性制度创新,是以某个固定场所为集聚地,以众多企业和个体商户为经营主体所形成的共享式交易平台。近年来,我国集贸式市场的组织形态及其功能都发生了重大变化,出现了与博览会、连锁经营、电子商务等现代流通业态相融合的趋势。在一个充分竞争的市场环境中,市场组织演进的结果体现出经济效率导向的要求。交易者将随着市场环境的变化,调整交易时间配置和空间分布的组合,以求达到交易成本最小化。本文以义乌中国小商品城为实证对象,以时间配置和空间分布为分析维度,运用交易费用经济学的理论方法,研究我国集贸式市场组织演进的动态过程。     

Cooperation and Competition in the Context of Organic and Mechanic Worldviews – A Theoretical and Case based Discussion

In this study we argue that there is an interconnection between; the mechanistic worldview and competition, and the organic worldview and cooperation. To illustrate our main thesis we introduce two cases; first, Max Havelaar, a paradigmatic case of how business might function in an economy based upon solidarity and sustainability. Second, TINE, a Norwegian grocery corporation engaged in collusion in order to force a small competitor out of the market. On the one hand, in order to encourage market behaviour that integrates economic, societal and environmental values we find that transparent cooperation within a context of an organic worldview takes care of important intrinsic as well as instrumental values. On the other hand, we find evidence for asserting that cooperation based upon a mechanistic worldview, typically leads to group egotistical consequences undermining the long term common good.     

浙江省出口贸易结构演进的实证分析

"浙江现象"启发了人们对浙江省外贸"奇迹"的思考.浙江省外贸"奇迹"主要体现在数量效应和结构效应两方面.而后者往往容易被忽略.本文着重考察的是浙江省出口贸易的结构效应,从出口贸易的主体结构、商品结构、市场结构和出口方式结构等方面对浙江省出口结构变化进行实证分析,以期为优化出口贸易结构,转变外贸增长方式提供客观的依据和有益的思维.
